This policy explains how Rachilo handles information when you visit our website, use our connected studio or messaging services, purchase credits, or contact us.

Information we use

Depending on the service you use, this includes your phone number or account identifier, contact details you provide, garment photographs, creative instructions, generated images, credit balance, transaction references, and support correspondence. Hosting and security systems may also record technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, and request logs.

Why we use it

We use information to sign you in, generate and deliver images, maintain your studio gallery and credit balance, process purchases, troubleshoot failures, prevent misuse, and answer support requests.

Service providers and payments

Generating images requires sharing the relevant uploaded content and instructions with the AI providers used for your selected generation service. Infrastructure providers help host the application and its data. Messaging providers handle messages when you use a connected messaging service. Payments are processed by our payment provider, such as Razorpay; we receive transaction status and references, rather than storing your full card number or banking credentials.

We do not sell your personal information. Service providers process information under their own applicable terms and privacy policies. Processing locations may differ from your location.

Images and retention

Studio uploads and generated images may be retained to support your gallery, downloads, and further shoots. They are not necessarily deleted immediately after delivery. Retention differs between the web studio and messaging services. We retain account, credit, payment, and support records for service operation, resolving disputes, security, and applicable record-keeping requirements. Contact us about deleting an account or particular content; some transaction records or backups may need to remain for those purposes.

Cookies and website features

The studio uses session technology to keep you signed in. The marketing theme loads its fonts locally and does not itself add advertising trackers. The WordPress installation, hosting provider, or additional plugins may use cookies for the features they provide. You can manage cookies through your browser; blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in or other functionality.

Your choices

You can contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information. We may need to verify your identity before handling a request. Only upload photographs and other content that you are entitled to use, and avoid including unnecessary personal information in your uploads.

Security and updates

We use safeguards intended to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy as our service changes; the date above identifies this version.
